Kingston, Ontario, has been ranked as the 3rd best place to live in Canada, according to MoneySense.ca. I’ve been there several times before and I have to say that I am very surprised. It’s not because I think Kingston doesn’t deserve it but Canada has so much nice cities that I thought that it would be hard to qualify in such a great position! But here you have it! I’m knocked out!
